Years of messy invoicing data trapped in a legacy app.
The client had many years of customer data stuck in Invoice2Go. The data was full of duplicates and errors. They couldn't move to Xero without losing their history, but manually re-entering thousands of invoices was impossible.
Solution
We exported the raw CSV data and used custom scripts to scrub the errors. We merged duplicate contacts, standardised the address fields, and imported a pristine dataset into Xero. We then connected their job management software for a seamless workflow.
